This explains it! I sat next to a man at te Phoenix airport the other day who had this. For 2+ hours, every 10 minutes or so, he’d listen to a Maxwell quote on speaker phone. I kept thinking… That is so odd! Why doesn’t he get headphones? Now it makes sense…. It was his ringtone. He is going to need a Gary Chapman ringtone next. His wife gave him the stink eye every time. I’m guessing leadership mantras aren’t her love language.
