All I can say… this makes Mark Driscoll like like a G-Rated Disney film. Viewer discretion is advised:
Will the pendulum ever swing back on this sexual stuff? Will we, at some point, just say… uh… let’s not say that.
I think we’ve gone from not ever talking about sex to over-talking about it in some circles.
It’s a valuable topic; and a vital area for the church to discuss… but I think the pendulum will switch back very soon from the graphic to the more sensitive.
At least I hope so.

Not only does it make Driscoll look tame, but it is completely false propaganda meant to freak people out. (You can very easily read historical documents from the past that use this exact same technique to convince people that blacks or Jews are unclean people who live deviant lifestyles.) Sad that this is what this pastor spends his time focusing on.
Another “Christian” pastor demonizing and vilifying gays, who are this generation’s targeted vulnerable minority. Is this Shocking? Surprising? Well, not so much.
The Nazis used the same anti-gay rhetoric in the 1930′s before they sent tens of thousands of gay men to the ovens.
Like everyone else, “Christians” get judged by the company they keep.
Sure it’s graphic. But I dont think we know enough about the interview or the Pastor to say this is off base. I think we have all heard something said by someone that without proper context it would seem rude/crude/disgusting/in bad taste/etc, but as soon as context is displayed, it all clears up.
With that said, if a media outlet wants to get information on such topics, have them go to a Doctor. As well, the pastor should be smart enough to refer the interviewer to a medical professional when confronted with questions like these, to avoid the risk of being a blog topic.

I don’t think graphic medical information is what anyone needs to hear to stop this activity.
Does anyone think smokers need to see one more picture of shriveled black lungs to get them to stop smoking?
It is a spiritual heart problem, above and before it effects other anatomical features.
