YouVersion Hits 30 Million Downloads

YouVersion, the Bible app produced by the LifeChurch.tv team reached a new milestone:  30 million installs.  The free Bible app is now offering 150 different versions of the Bible in 45 different languages.  In addition, YouVersion offers nearly 200 Bible reading plans; and users have bookmarked 30 million verses and shared over 1.6 million verses via Facebook and Twitter.  “It is very exciting to see what God is doing through YouVersion in a short period of time,” said Bobby Gruenewald, team leader for YouVersion.  Bobby says that the app will continue to grow in the coming year by adding new versions, more languages, and new platforms “so that everyone, anywhere around the globe can have free access to the Bible.”
